March 13-14,2010, Me, and some of my friends Onie, Mai2x, Enje, Milot, Trixie, and Joseph had a great experience in CDO! It was a new adventure for us since we are new at Cagayan and Camiguin. Too bad that I was not able to come with the water rafting and the longest zipline in Asia that is found at Bukidnon.

After I landed at CDO domestic airport, my friend Dominic fetch me and we go ahead watch a play at Xavier University since mah crew is still at Bukidnon and still on the way down to CDO. That was my first time in Xavier. I was amaze with the environment and people there, no wonder they call it the City of Smiles. We spent our night at Dominic's crib. By the way, before I forgot. We have our dinner at Butcher's bbq house (the best!). That night we go to Devisoria and have party there.

After a long day, we are so tired but so relaxed as we head back to Cagayan. Do you think the story stops there? well, you are wrong! In Balingoan, naabtan mi sa rotating brownout and nag ilog mi sa bus padong sa Cagayan. But I think that is too long to tell. That's it for now. To wrap up, it was fun for a budget-minded Dynamic trippers like us. Till next time friends! :]

Destroyers at RCPI

Feb. 8, 2010 me and teammates went outdoor at what they call RCPI camping site. It was a very unexpected uphill climb to the top of the hill. si Mark gi gukod daw ug baka.. hehehe.. We spent our night there overlooking the Southern City lights. We have a very good and fun experience there. Stars are gazing, winds are blowing, and lights are shining. Mr. Jose Cuervo Tequila is the star of the night. It's like a little team building with open forums and char2x questions. As the night goes deep the winds also are blowing like an ice. We really had a hard time keeping our bonfire light up and keep us warm, however even the blazing fire can not keep up with the windy night. We set up 3 tents, 2 for the gwapos and 1 for the girls. Unexpectedly the rain drops and drops and drops until our tent flooded. It was not a normal night for us since the girls feel that someone is outside stalking to us. But I think it's just a false alarm.. hehehe.. At last the rain stops and we can sleep.. zZzZzZ.. Feb. 9,2010 we woke up with the sun rises. pero kauwanon.. hehe.. :p

After breakfast, we gear up in preparation of the downhill run and a morning trek. Our Exit point is at Mt. View Busay. We stopped at the iskina waiting for a jeep on the way down to JY square. Minutes have paid off and a brgy. Mini bus pass by and we pabaga our face and ask for a hitch ride adventure. And yes! we did it. nka hitch mi.. hehehe.. Thanks to Sirao Brgy. vehicle driver who let us have a joy ride.. :D

Forever

by: Rainveill Amantiad

Before when my heart starts
it gives me chill'o that never stops
and when you came into my life
it's like a disco with a medley pop

Then you close the open door
that's the day you hear me roar
girl don't make me cry
if you don't wanna see me die

but...

That was before with my after death story
now I live like a fairy tale story

I can live without you now
and Let me fix our broken vow
when the day we meet again
let me offer my smile that can tell..

I never stopped loving you..
I just stopped showing it to you..

E.A.T. Danao-Bohol

E.A.T. Danao-Bohol
For the meantime, forget about anything usual you know about Bohol. Forget about the Chocolate hills, Tarsiers, Old churches, and beaches. Now open yourself up as we go inland off-center to the heart of Bohol where extreme adventures awaits for every nature lover and outdoor thrill seekers. Welcome to E.A.T. Danao-Bohol (Extreme/Eco/Educational Adventure Tour)

November of last year 2009, me and friends (Mai2x, Enje, JLee, TBjo, Ryan, Jane, and Lyndonwent for an adventure trip at Bohol. First stop is at Danao-Bohol which is a two hour drive from Tagbilaran City. Excited for what Danao can cater us, we planned to try all their adventures. Unfortunately, one day is not enough for the adventures at E.A.T. Danao. With limited time and money(hehe) we never had a chance to try all.

Rain at suislide

For only 350Php, you can already have an extreme ride back and forth, mountain to mountain. Half kilometer ride and almost 400ft above the ground sure you can call this a one hell of a ride. As my friend quoted "I realize how valuable life is" hehehe...

Jellie,BJo,Mai2x(left to right), caving

Caving at E.A.T. Danao has three different categories, Easy, Medium, and Extreme. My friends mai2x,TBjo, and JLee took the medium stage. As experienced caving before, I can say how fantastic it was down there and sure was fascinating. You will surely enjoy how the stalagmites and stalactites are formed and sparkling as if they are manually carved.

Enje, Ryan, Rain(left-right) in their river kayaking.

Also at a very cheap price you can already have a splashing adventure at their kayaking. Four with my friends we go head and kayak. It's good with couples, I think.. hehehe.. but even we don't have dates that time we still enjoyed it. 40m upstream and 70m downstream, that is enough to smile and sigh.

Unfortunately, we have not tried everything. All in all, I really enjoyed these taste of adventure of what EAT Danao has to offer and hopefully in the future I could come back here and experience the whole adventure package especially the plunge :)

BOMBS AWAY!!!

    One more bottle please! :D

Missing Beer pushed me to post this! damn! I found this benefits on Aliviria Brewery site. LoL!

Beer improves metabolism, and many doctors consider that it is better to drink beer often (maybe every day) LoL! kasabot mo? EVERYDAY part! wahaha!

    1. Beer strengthens cordial muscle.
There are lots of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus in beer and it is excellent prophylaxis of myocardial infarction (heart attack), hypertension and heart failure. And nonalcoholic beer and dark beer of some brands could decreases the possibility of blood coagulability and thus decreases the risk of clots formation.

:mao diay kusgan au Derek! hahaha!:

    2. Beer appeases and cheers up.
Hops bitterness renders drowse, and alkaloid isomorphine which is in hop by chemical characteristics is analogous to morphine.

    3. Beer withdraws uric stones.
Many sorts of beer withdraw uric stones. It happens like that: potassium intensifies natrium and chlorine segregation by kidneys, and urine formation deeply increases. Thus demineralization of organism happens and uric stones are being withdrawn.

    4. Beer softens skin and enlarges breast.
In XVI century pharmaceutical chemists recommended women to wash themselves with beer in order to have soft skin. And Prussian Queen Louise who had flat breast was advised to drink beer and smear her breast with beer three times per day.

    :no comment!:

    5. Beer strengthen bones.
Beer is the main source of silicon. This mineral plays a large role in strength of bone and muscle system.

    6. In 100 grams of beer are only 37 Kcal.
To compare in 100 gram of kefir − 59 Kcal. That means that drinking beer after work is not so harmful for the figure. And so called “beer bellies” form not from beer but from sausages to beer.

    7. Beer is good for mental work.
There are lots of group B and P vitamins in malt and hop, and they improve mental activity.

    :AMEN!:

    8. Beer hastens hair growth.
And vitamins B and P affect hair growth. It is recommended to make nourishing masks from beer for hair once a week. And if you wet your clean hair with beer and then use hair rollers – after that you will get tight and bright ringlets.

:mao diay jason! now i know ur secret! LoL!:

    9. Beer is good while having cold.
Beer has bactericidal behaviour, if you drink warm beer while having cold or flu, it is possible to recover faster. In Medieval times during plague and cholera epidemic brewery workers rarely were ill. And while having toothache before teeth were rinsed with beer.

    10. Beer is good for male potency.
Zinc which is in beer is good for male potency and it prevents prostate inflammation.

:mao ni ako ghuwat! ang number 10!:

Ok I'm off for another bottle. Hey it’s good for me. ^^

with you in my mind, i no longer want to be
    else where behind.

    the wanderlust
    has always been a must

    like a slipper
    finding its pair

    and the chase
    stops to ease

    i have gambled my luck
walking with you in the track

I'm walking my path not wishing you to be locked
for I am willing to share you my best luck

    hold my broken hand tight
    and never let go

for more than a pain in my hand,
    i found a friend

    in YOU.

    On a High!

Last January 10, 2010(Sunday) after my shift we go and head to Cebu South Bus Terminal as planned. We ride a bus on the way to Dalaguete and habal-habal on the way to Mantalongon or the Little Baguio of Cebu. Together with my friends Jason, Bob, Jon, and Skorts we trek from their public market to Osmeña peak. It was a challenging trek for me at first since it's been how many years that we stopped trekking. After more than 3Km walk from their public market, finally we can see the peak.

Finally! we quoted. We again start the adventure and this time, I've been refreshed and feel like a teen again. We passed by the Local village and farms. It's been a very difficult walk since it's raining that time and muds are everywhere and all over our feet that makes us walk slow. After 2 hours, we arrive at the foot of the peak and done with the village adventure that for us is much challenging than the actual climb. hehehe :p

We stooped on the foot and grab some rest and planned where to go since the usual path that we are used to are all gone and blocked with vegetable farm. After our 15min break, we choose to take the long way and go around the farms. The climb has been a hard time with our friend Skorts coz' he was having cramps twice on the way of the peak. After an hour...

See that hill above Bob's head? that's the peak! At last! after an hour of climb we are almost there. Our hearts pump as we are very exited to get into the peak. After 30min. from the image above, we arrive at the peak.
